How do I book my video consultation with Kato?
Once you purchase your consultation on this page, it'll take you to our real-time booking calendar to schedule your call time with Kato.
We do require a 24-hour heads up, so you would be able to pick a day/time during the day
What's the schedule for booking?
Kato's availability may change, but generally weekdays between 12-5PM is available for calls. You may also book up to a month in advance to allow your schedule to accommodate.
How long is the consultation?
Consultations are up to 1-hour long, including the music review time. Any extended time beyond that hour is at the designation of Kato and usually just depends on his schedule.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. To give notice, you can reply directly to any of the confirmation emails you receive after booking or email info@katoonthetrack.com.
If you do not give proper notice within the 24-hour period, or do not show to your scheduled consultation, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. No exceptions.
What do I need for the consultation?
For best experience, we recommend you use a laptop/computer for your consultation. Phones are not recommended. Please also be on a stable internet/WiFi connection so there are no connectivity issues.
We also use Zoom, so you won't need any additional apps and will be provided with the private Zoom link upon booking. You may also want to arrive 10 minutes early to the Zoom meeting so that you can test your connection and make sure everything is working.
How should I prepare for my consultation with Kato?
Prepare your music by having a few links that Kato can review with you directly on the call. The links can be uploaded to Soundcloud, Spotify, YouTube, etc. Please do not try to send or email Kato music files, as that will take a significant portion of your review time. You may have music links set on private if needed.
Music videos and visuals are also accepted, so just have those links ready for Kato before the call.
Can I invite a guest?
You may invite up to one guest with you to the consultation. Just be aware that if you also allow your guest to get their music reviewed, it will count towards the total 1-hour time allotment.
Can I get a refund?
We have a no refund policy on video consultations because it's a digital product and Kato's time is extremely limited. However, we have nearly a 100% satisfaction rate amongst customers and we're confident you'll find it priceless.
